EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan is a one-of-a-kind prepaid voucher plan where you can use or share to any XOX MOBILE subscriber of your choice. To spice it up, EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan comes with high-speed daily data that is fit for all types of browsing, Unlimited Basic Internet to back you up during emergencies, and best of all – Unlimited Hotspot! Instantly turn your phone into a hotspot device so you don’t have to be dependent on slow public WIFI.

 

2.       How much is the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan?

Each EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan is priced at RM30. With so much packed into a single plan, the price does not get any better than this!

 

3.       When will the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan be available?

·       For new ONEXOX PREPAID subscribers - From 18^th January 2021, 12AM onwards until further notice.

·       For existing ONEXOX PREPAID subscribers – From 9^th March 2021, 12AM onwards until further notice.

 

4.       How does the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan work?

This is how it works!

1.       Purchase the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan.

2.       The EXTRA SYOX PREPAID will be stored as a voucher in your BLACK App Rewards tab

3.       In order to use it, simply redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher, and the daily data (700MB/Day) will be instantly activated. The remainder will be stored in your account and activated on a daily basis.

4.       The 50 minutes will be instantly credited to your Season Pass counter

5.       Time to enjoy high-speed data and start browsing away!

 

5.       What does the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan offer?

The EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan consists of 21GB high-speed data, Unlimited Basic Internet (with FUP) & 50 minutes. Refer below for more details!

*Upon the activation of the plan, 700MB will be activated first, whereas the remainder of the data will be activated on a daily basis. The remainder of the data will not go into your Season Pass; it will be stored separately.

*The 700MB/daily will be valid up until 11:59PM daily upon redemption of EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher, regardless of the redemption time. (E.g., Regardless if you redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher at 5PM or 11:59PM on the same day, a fresh batch of 700MB will be renewed at 12AM for the remaining days)

**Unlimited Basic Internet Data quota is subjected to FUP.

No, but you can always purchase our exclusive Welcome Deals to obtain the 28 months validity.

 

8.       Is the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan available for PREPAID eSIM users?

Definitely! The EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher is available for PREPAID eSIM users as well.

Redemption

10.   Who can redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan voucher?

Only ONEXOX PREPAID subscribers may redeem and use the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher. ONEXOX BLACK users may not redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher.

 

11.   Where to redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher?

You may redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) via the Rewards tab in BLACK App.

 

 

12.   Why do I need to redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher after each successful purchase?

Excellent question! We are all about flexibility. Redemption is needed before using as subscribers have the choice to either keep and share unused EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) to ONEXOX PREPAID & ONEXOX BLACK subscribers.

 

13.   What is the timeframe to redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher upon purchase?

You have one year (365 days) from the day of purchase to redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s).

 

14.   Can I redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) while I am having an active data subscription?

No, you cannot redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) if you have an active data subscription.

 

15.   Can I redeem another EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher right away while I am having ongoing active data subscription from my current EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher?

We know how much you love the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher, but no, you can’t. You can either wait till the end of the 30-day subscription period to end, or you may end your active data subscription first before redeeming another EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher.

 

16.   Can I redeem and use the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) if my account is barred or blocked?

No, you can’t. Your account needs to be active to redeem and use the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s).

 

17.   Can I redeem the voucher(s) on behalf of other Prepaid number(s)?
Not for now but keep an eye out on BLACK App as that feature might be available soon!

 

18.   At what time will the daily data be renewed during the 30 days period upon redemption of the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher?

The daily data (700MB/Daily) will be renewed at midnight (12AM) each day for the 30 days period.

 

19.   Will the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan auto renew after the 30 days subscription period?

The EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan does not have auto renewal. What you CAN do is either buy and redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher again or straightaway redeem any EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) you have bought previously via the BLACK App.

 

20.   What are the items from EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher that can be carried forward?

Only the minutes can be carried forward. Therefore, make sure to use every MB so that nothing is wasted!

 

21.   Can I end the data subscription if I don’t want to use it anymore?

Yes, you may end the data subscription via the BLACK App or send DATA END to 22111 or 23388.

 

 

22.   Will ending the data, end the subscription on the day itself or will it end the subscription for the 30 days?

It will end the subscription for the 30 days. Best to think twice before doing this.

 

23.   Will ending the data cause my minutes to be burned?

Thankfully, it will not. Ending the data will only end the high-speed data and Basic Internet. You may carry forward the minutes as long as your account is active.

 

24.   Can ONEOX BLACK users buy the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s)?

Sadly no, the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher will only be available for new & existing ONEXOX PREPAID subscribers.

 

25.   Can ONEXOX BLACK users redeem the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) as well?

No, EXTRA SYOX PREPAID is especially created for ONEXOX PREPAID subscribers.

 

26.   Can users buy more than one EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) as a Season Pass package?

Yes. Great news is that new & existing ONEXOX PREPAID subscribers can purchase multiple EXTRA SYOX PREPAID vouchers as a Season Pass package. It will be available all the time with no purchase limit!

 

27.   Can new ONEXOX PREPAID users also buy EXTRA SYOX PREPAID as a Season Pass package after they purchased it during registration?

Yes, absolutely! New ONEXOX PREPAID subscribers can also make multiple purchases anytime since it’s a Season Pass package, even though they already have purchased it during their registration. So stock up and redeem as and when!

 

Hotspot

28.   Is there any limit for the hotspot usage?
No, there’s no limit for hotspot usage for daily data (700MB/Daily) & Basic Internet. So share away to those in need! Psssst! Not many service providers offer UNLIMITED hotspot, but we do!  

29.   How many devices can be connected using the hotspot feature?
You can hotspot to as many devices as you want and share high-speed data with everyone as long as there is active data available! Again, another factor that differentiates us from our competitors!

30.   Are there any special data add-ons for users who are using the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan?

Yes, there are! Exclusively only for EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan users, the following data add-ons are just for you!

31.   Are EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan users allowed to purchase other add-ons like the FAT Data plan add-ons?

No, EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan users are only allowed to purchase the data add-ons as mentioned in the table in question 32. A secret you must know is these data add-ons are cheaper than our regular data add-ons!

 

32.   Can I get the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID data add-ons via the data in my Season Pass account or must I buy the data add-ons via credit/airtime only?

You may only use your credit/airtime to buy the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID Voucher data-add-ons.

 

33.   When are the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan data add-ons valid until?

The data add-ons are only valid up till 11:59PM on the date of purchase.

 

Sharing

Voucher transfer is a feature of EXTRA SYOX PREPAID available effective from 18^th January 2021 onwards.

34.   Is the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher shareable?

A huge YES indeed! The EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) is shareable as long as it’s still unredeemed. When you share it out, you will be sharing the high-speed data, Basic Internet and 50 minutes altogether. Any redeemed EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher is not shareable. RM0.50 per transfer is charged to the sender.

 

35.   Where can I share the voucher?

You may share the voucher on BLACK App only, so do remember to download the BLACK App and you may share from there.

 

36.   Who can I share the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) to?

The EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) can only be shared to any XOX MOBILE numbers (Regardless ONEXOX PREPAID/ONEXOX BLACK plan). Do note that voucher redemption is still only applicable to ONEXOX PREPAID users only.

 

37.   Is there a limit to share the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s)?

Yes, each EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher may be shared up to 30 times only. After the 30th time, the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher will no longer be shareable.

 

38.   Can I share the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) if my account is barred or blocked?

No, you can’t. Your account needs to be active in order to share the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s).

Switching between BLACK and Prepaid

39.   If a ONEXOX PREPAID switch to ONEXOX BLACK, will the existing unredeemed EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) in the account be carried forward?

Yes, the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) will be carried forward & remain at your Rewards tab in BLACK App. However, you won’t be able to use the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) for yourself anymore.

 

40.   If a ONEXOX BLACK user who has unredeemed EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) in their account switches to ONEXOX PREPAID, will the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) be carried forward?

Yes. It will. Although switching to Prepaid would result in the forfeiting of existing overpayment, data, minutes, SMS, etc., you may still carry forward the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s), redeem and use when you are on ONEXOX PREPAID or share it to other Prepaid users.

 

Refund Policy

41.   If I have bought the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan, can I request for a refund?

No, you may not. All purchases of EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) are final and are not eligible for a refund.

 

42.   After I have bought the EXTRA SYOX PREPAID plan and I change my mind, can I request to exchange it for something else?

No, you may not. All purchases of EXTRA SYOX PREPAID voucher(s) by the subscribers are final and are not eligible for any exchange.
